CRISIL Reaffirms Stable Credit Rating for Gaurs Group

CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its 'CRISIL A-/Stable/CRISIL A2+' ratings on the bank facilities of Gaursons India Private Limited (GIPL). The reaffirmation, issued on May 28, 2026, reflects confidence in the developer's financial trajectory as it targets substantial revenue growth in the fiscal year ahead.

Rating Reflects Residential Strength

The rating reaffirmation reflects the expected continued strong performance of the company's residential real estate segment over the medium term. CRISIL noted that Gaurs Group will continue to benefit from its established market position in Delhi-NCR, strong operational linkages, and robust sold receivables, which enhance financial stability.

The CRISIL A- rating for long-term instruments reflects Gaurs Group's robust financial profile, supported by a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and retail segments.

Performance Trajectory and Revenue Target

The Rs 5,800 crore revenue target for FY2026 underscores the developer's momentum in the residential market. Sarthak Gaur, Director of Gaurs Group, noted the remarkable turnover of Rs 4,786 crore in the first three quarters of 2024-25. Strong pre-sales in the first nine months of fiscal 2024-25 positioned the developer among the top real estate firms nationally in terms of sale bookings.

Operational Track Record

With 30 years of expertise under its belt, Gaurs Group, also known as Gaursons Group, has developed over 70 million sq ft in almost 75,000+ successfully delivered property units. The rating applies to Gaurs group flagship company, Gaursons India Private Limited.

The developer operates across multiple geographies in the Delhi-NCR region, including Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Noida, and the Yamuna Expressway corridor. Its portfolio spans residential townships, premium apartment complexes, commercial spaces, and retail centers.

What the Ratings Mean

The CRISIL A- rating signifies adequate financial safety for long-term debt instruments, while the A2+ short-term rating indicates strong liquidity and near-term payment capacity. The stable outlook reflects CRISIL's expectation of sustained performance without significant deterioration in credit metrics over the medium term.
