Gaurs Group has announced the launch of Gaur Alaris, a luxury residential project in Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, effective August 4, 2026. The development is expected to generate an estimated sales realisation of Rs1,900 crore and further strengthens the company's presence in one of the National Capital Region's fastest-growing residential corridors.
