Gaurs Group Sells All 1,088 Gaur Alaris Homes in Two-Day Event

Gaurs Group says it sold all 1,088 available homes at Gaur Alaris during a two-day allotment event. The project is in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida. The announcement, published on October 5, 2026, puts the reported sales value at Rs 1,800 crore.

The project launched in early August 2026, and the units were sold within weeks, according to the published accounts. One account described the allotment as a complete sell-out in 48 hours. The result adds a residential launch on the Yamuna Expressway to a corridor where the group already has a large township presence.

What the Gaur Alaris sell-out includes

Gaur Alaris is a premium residential project offering 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. Phase 1 comprised around 1,088 homes. Accounts describe its site as either 11.8 acres or approximately 12 acres, making the project’s reported scale broadly consistent across the published figures.

The financial figures vary: the Rs 1,800 crore total sales value cited in the announcement coverage is distinct from an estimated sales realisation of Rs 1,900 crore reported elsewhere. The accounts do not reconcile the two amounts.

Plans for the project are described as peacock-inspired, with Art Deco architecture by Hafeez Contractor, landscape planning by Site Concepts International and interiors by Studio Designscape. Reported features include a clubhouse of more than 1 lakh sq. ft., nearly eight acres of landscaped open greens and more than 65 leisure amenities.

Yamuna Expressway location

Sector 22D sits on the Yamuna Expressway corridor, and Gaur Alaris is described as being near Noida International Airport. Coverage of the sell-out links buyer interest to the airport’s proximity and ongoing infrastructure development, including improving connectivity. Manoj Gaur, CMD of Gaurs Group, said the response reflected confidence in the corridor’s residential potential as well as in the group’s planning and execution.

Sarthak Gaur, Director of Gaursons India Pvt Ltd, also pointed to the airport and infrastructure momentum. He cited Gaur Yamuna City, the group’s 250-acre integrated township on the expressway, which he said had been delivered and was home to almost 15,000 residents.

Gaurs Group’s regional activity

Gaurs Group is a Delhi-NCR-based real-estate developer whose activity spans residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects in the region. Manoj Gaur referred to the group’s more-than-three-decade legacy and its record of timely delivery. The group has focused on luxury and premium housing since 2022, with projects including The Islands by Gaurs, Legacy by Gaurs and Trecento Residences by Gaurs in Greater Noida, alongside Gaur Chrysalis on the Yamuna Expressway and Gaur NYC Residences on NH-24.

Sarthak Gaur said Gaur NYC Residences had sold out in 60 hours before its official launch. The group has also set a sales-booking target of Rs 5,500 crore for fiscal year 2027. The Gaur Alaris result was presented by the group as a contribution to that target and as a sign of interest in the Yamuna Expressway corridor.

What comes next

Gaurs Group plans to launch two more residential projects on the Yamuna Expressway “very soon.” The group has not attached dates or project names to those planned launches. Its stated FY2027 sales-booking target remains Rs 5,500 crore.
